Why it matters

A backup on the same server is not a backup.

Disk failure, a bad deploy, ransomware, or a customer who deleted the wrong thing. If the only copy lives on the box, it goes down with the box. DirhamVault keeps a clean, off-site history you can actually restore from.

Is this like JetBackup? +

It solves the same job: scheduled, off-site backups with fast restores, built natively into DirhamHost. You manage it from the panel you already use, and your customers get their own restore view, with no separate control panel to learn.

Where are backups stored? +

Wherever you choose: Amazon S3 or any S3-compatible bucket, an SSH/SFTP server, a second droplet you control, or a secondary local disk. Backups are compressed and encrypted in transit.

What does a restore bring back? +

A full account restore returns the files, databases and mailboxes to exactly how they were on the chosen day. You can restore a whole account from the panel; customers can restore their own account from their last kept days.

How is it billed and activated? +

One licence per server, monthly or yearly, covering every account on that server. After purchase you get a licence key by email and paste it into your DirhamHost panel under Add-ons to activate it.

How long are backups kept? +

You set the retention window, commonly 7, 14 or 30 rolling days. Older backups are pruned automatically so storage stays predictable.
